Great review! The worst drum mix for me was Cannibal Corpse in Manchester, England. The drums were a mush, it was hard to hear where the beat even was, and they have many time changes so it was confusing to hear.

To be honest i knew at the time that Nirvana would implode. Almost all bands that burst into the mainstream the way they did don't have a long self life.The Beatles are the best example. Besides my metal friends and i had a bigger new band to worship that came along at the same time... PANTERA.

Judging by your footage I was about 15 feet behind you during Sabaton. I had 3 beers from 3 different female bartenders during the course of the show and they were all great. However I am a strikingly handsome 60 year old man, maybe that's it.🤣Yes the prices are ridiculous. Great show overall.

I say tip below 20% for these kinds of transactions. They're already inflating the price of drinks by 3X, why do they deserve 3X of a normal tip for often worse than usual service?

Seen Sabaton twice. Awesome both times! First time was at Trondheim metal festival in Norway on my honeymoon. My wife and I had gone to support our friends in the band Evile who were playing there over the weekend. I’d never heard Sabaton until I was researching the bands that would be on whilst we were there. Been a fan ever since. Joakim had actually lost a bet at the show they did a few days before Trondheim and had to hike all the way to the gig. It was something like a whole week of walking. He blogged it on UA-cam lol.

Priest was great, but I swear they only played 3 songs off of the Invincible Shield album. My first time seeing Priest and I don't regret it.

The reason why Sabaton acted like a headlining band is simple. Usually they are the headlining band. They even have their own yearly meta cruise where they are the main band and invite a dozen other bands. They're HUGE, I'm actually surprised you didn't know them.

I've seen them once. Operation rock. Painkiller had just came out. Alice Cooper closed but Priest decimated. Extremely powerful sound , was at the Starwood amphitheater in Nashville TN , roughly 50 miles from home. They've torn it down a few years ago. Many fond memories there of not only Priest but Skynyrd , Metallica ( several times ).

Hey man great video, I was wondering if you could make a video about how to harmonize guitars, every time I look for a video they don't really make sense or explain it for people who don't understand music theory.

I saw a earlier show in Reading, I felt that the sound was TO LOUD, it was so loud that the sound washed out and tinny, I agree it didn't hit like it should, Sabaton really made the show for me, but I am biased as I have been a fan of Sabaton since 2002. I strongly recommend the Sabaton History channel on youtube. The band and a historian (Indy Neidell) break down the story behind each piece of music. Judas Priest has toured for 50 years now, Sabaton for 25 years

Another kickass lost band from the 90’s is Drain STH, they were like a chick Alice In Chains that were actually really good. Check out “I don’t mind” if you’ve never heard them. Super kick ass

This is one of the most underrated bands and albums of the 90’s, so few people know about it! They were like the Beatles if you lived in Maryland! Whole album is a banger!

Bummer Dude,. Would suck if Priest sounded lame. Seen Queensryche last April, sounded like shit. Drums for openers Trauma, and Marty Friedman sounded great. Drums for QR, awful. As a drummer it's a bummer.

I saw Sabaton with Hammerfall in Chicago in 2019. Already was a huge Hammerfall fan. Been a convert of Sabaton since 2019. I've seen Priest in 79, 82,84,90, 05 and 2018. Will see Priest this tour as well. Thanks for the review.

I just saw this same show, and i have to say, I was pretty convinced that 90% of Sabatons show was playback. Drums were live, the lead singer seemed live, i think the solos were live, all the ruthm guitars and bass seemed like they were playback. The gang vocals (which seem to be over half of the vocals for every song) were definitely playback, but that one i can understand. The whole experience was unlike watching and hearing a live band.

Saw them when they played Reading.....it was Epic!!!

I saw Sabaton pull off a 3 hour set once when the band had only 24 hours to prepare. Amazing musicians.
